The Management Team core has successfully developed a wide range of businesses, collectively and individually, over the past eight years and has combined their individual experience under Elm Street Media Group to develop the business and its acquisitions.

The current Management Team is made up of:

Howard Kruger – Group Founder / CEO Howard Kruger has more than 34 years experience in the international entertainment business spanning all aspects of music, sport and production. He is acknowledged as a successful, independent entrepreneur within the independent music and entertainment business as well as the wider business community. Howard's music experience encompasses establishing record labels, record sales, publishing, licensing, production, promotion, management, and contracting and concert promotion. In sports his experience includes sponsorship, TV, event and personality management.

Dennis Lloyd – MD, Pegasus Entertainment Ltd & Group Director

Dennis has over 25 years of experience of his current role through the inception of Castle Communications plc, the development of its super-budget division in 1989, then moving to Eagle Rock Entertainment Limited in 1997 as Managing Director of its Pegasus Entertainment in April 1997 and its acquisition by Elm Street Media Group in 2009.

Duncan Smith – MD Elm Street Media Productions

With a career spanning three decades Duncan has worked in Television entertainment for 27 years, gathered a wealth of experience and awards along the way. From his first efforts on BAFTA award factual documentaries with ITV in the eighties to BPI award winning music concerts, he has created over 300 hours of television and Video programming. As n ITV commissioner of music and entertainment, he gave TV breaks to emerging artists like the stone roses, pulp and happy Mondays, Alan Davies , Harry Hill and Alistair McGowan. Since leaving ITV he has been MD of three highly successful Independent TV production companies in London.
